In the past five years Spanish property prices have increased on average by 20% per annum and predictions show that although slowing, a good purchase should still increase by 15% per annum (unlike the static UK Property Market).  Meaning, a property secured now at planning stage, that completes in two years, should be worth 30 % more by the time you own it.
